THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am not even exaggerating, the Ha Giang loop motorbike loop tour was THE highlight of our trip to South East Asia. I am so glad we booked with Chestnut travel too! They were SO responsive via Whatsapp with any question we had before we left and during the travels to get there. Once we landed in Hanoi we went to their office near the famous train street and met with one of the booking agents who went above and beyond to prepare us for the tour, but also show us all the good food spots to eat in Hanoi! Stumbled upon Chestnut Travel the other day when trying to find a last minute tour to Tam Coc. Hannah was excellent and booked us in on a superb tour that went to Hang Mua view point as well. The tour was a good price, and we were also offered a food tour. Gin took our food tour, and took us to several excellent spots where we got to try lots of unique and delicious Vietnamese dishes. Gin explained that they’re a new business and have only been open for a month and a half. Overall great customer service and lovely staff! Highly recommend!!!!

Gin is a lovely lady who arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay, and taxi to the airport for us. Apart from it, she took us on a short trip around Hanoi and showed us her favourite Vietnamese dishes. We had so much fun together! I recommend her travel agency - she speaks perfect English and is passionate about what she does. You won't regret anything! We already miss you Gin!

Did 2D1N Ha Giang loop easy rider small group tour. There’s only 8 of us in our group just nice. We have opt-ed for VIP sleeper bus and private room. At the start of the trip, a little chaotic but they say it was controlled chaos, but our leader would get us together and brief us before the trip. All riders were great, friendly and great handling of their bikes and I felt safe in the entire trip. Amazing views and food scheduled by the leader

Just back from the 2 day 1 night Ha Giang Loop tour. We booked through Chestnut travel and stayed at Hong Hao Hostel in Ha Giang. Everything was organised perfectly including transport to and from Ha Giang and communication with Chestnut was outstanding! Chao was our leader on The Loop and was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We could not fault the trip at all and made such amazing friends with others in our group. Shoutout to Cho Cho my driver who also kept me very safe! Cannot wait to come back again and do the loop during warmer weather! 10/10 recommend Chestnut Travel!!!

Amazing experience as a whole. The organisation from chestnut was very good and very quick to reply at all times. And the easy drivers through Hong Hao were super trustworthy and lovely. We never felt unsafe and the accomodations were perfect for our group of 5.
Only thing to note was the transfer from Hanoi to Ha Giang was a little tiring and honestly would be nicer to get to ha giang and stay for a night before commencing the tour. As waking up at 4am on sleeper bus and sleeping for another 2 hours in hostel wasn’t ideal for us.

We did the 4 day Ha Giang loop tour with Chestnut Travel, and we could not recommend them enough! From start to finish they had exceptional communication throughout. They helped us organise our preferred travel routes to and from Ha Giang without any issues, and continued to ensure everything went smoothly for us. As for the tour itself, it was out of this world. Truly a once in a lifetime experience! Kien and his team at Hong Hao tours made the experience even better - they were so much fun and are just incredible people. Can’t thank everyone enough!!

There’s always someone available to answer your questions and help you out with any requests. The staff is very helpful and kind in all accommodation spots. 5 star experience from start to finish Vivian was amazing with her communication and was great and consistent. Their office was clean welcoming and great. Booking opportunities and prices cant be beat. I used them for the Ha Giang 2 day tour was breath taking. They really made us feel wanted. They even offered us a shuttle bus to our next destination. If I could book the rest of my tours throughout Vietnam I would.

Very organised tour company that made our trip from Hanoi to Ha Giang really easy and enjoyable. They organised a bike tour of the Ha Giang loop for us through a company called Hong Hoa who were also very good and would recommend using them too.

Vivian and the whole Chestnut Travel team were amazing! We booked the 2-day Ha Giang Loop tour, our guide and riders were super nice and we had lots of fun. The agency took care of all the details for us, including transportation from Hanoi and to Sapa, so we were really able to enjoy the stay to the fullest without any worry. Highly recommended!

The best trip in Vietnam so far, one of the best experiences of my life. An absolutely stunning loop, well worth every penny. Meo from Chestnut travel agency was incredibly friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions and reassured me that my safety was their number one priority as I was a little nervous about getting on the bike. But as soon as I was on the bike I completely relaxed. My east rider was amazing, he was very safe and always made sure to drive according to the road. Sometimes the rest of the group was a little bit ahead of us but he never rushed around any corners or bumps to catch up he was very safe and obviously knew the route incredibly well. Our tour guide Ly was great as well. His English was very good and he always kept us up to date with where we were going and made sure that I knew what was vegetarian at every meal. Couldn’t recommend the tour more!
