2 days, 1 night Ha Giang Loop
Just back from the 2 day 1 night Ha Giang Loop tour. We booked through Chestnut travel and stayed at Hong Hao Hostel in Ha Giang. Everything was organised perfectly including transport to and from Ha Giang and communication with Chestnut was outstanding! Chao was our leader on The Loop and was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We could not fault the trip at all and made such amazing friends with others in our group. The best customer service we had! Chesnut travels go above and beyond to ensure everything goes perfect!
We originally booked the Ha Giang Loop through another booking provider, however chestnut travels customer service went above and beyond and we ended up cancelling our initial booking and rebooking with Chesnut Travels. They were extremely efficient with our responses and informed us of the deals on offer which provided us a better package for the same price! They also helped us to add additional individuals to our booking and organise different onwards journeys within our booking group. The tour we booked was everything we expected as Chesnut Travels had discussed with us prior to our departure exactly what we should expect. What a great organization to book the tours. we booked Cat Ba through Chestnut, had a lot of contact through the app. They tried to call a bus for me because it didn't work online. She remotely arranged a perfect tour in Ho Chi Minh. Because our plane was delayed they arranged for us to be picked up later. Highlight of my trip!!
I had the most INCREDIBLE time on the Ha Giang Loop. The scenery was insane, the motorbikes were so much fun, and our tour leader - and also my easy rider -An/Andy, was fantastic! I felt super safe with him at all times and he was always checking on me and the group to make sure we were all okay. His English was good and he was also great fun on the evenings! He was also a great photographer and put a WhatsApp group together so we could all share our photos and videos. Chestnut travel are a great organisation to book with, they made sure we picked the best tour package for us at the best price and everything ran smoothly and on time. They also keep in regular contact via WhatsApp to make sure you are happy and to update you of the plans, and the staff in the office were extremely friendly. Best experience at a great price
If you are looking to book your Ha Giang loop, book with Chestnut travel. They organized an amazing trip for us. The itinerary was well thought out, I enjoyed every minute of it! 3-days Ha Giang Loop Adventure: a fantastic experience!
The Ha Giang Loop adventure with the Easy Riders has been full of great moments and breathtaking views. The group was small (10 ppl) so we could really create a nice atmosphere during the travel. Most importantly, our drivers were really experienced and responsible, and always made us feel safe, even when the roads got more difficult and there was heavy rain. During the loop, we always made breaks to take photos, go to the bathroom, and get a coffee, and the places where to stop where chosen very wisely, to avoid crowds and to enjoy the best views. The leader of the Easy Riders, Cua, helped a lot in taking the best group photos (and this is definitely a plus! :) ). I would like to add the “cherry on the cake”: Cua and the riders made me a surprise birthday cake on the second day of the loop! I will remember this birthday forever!
